A Christmas Wreath

I had some left over purple and turquoise baubles that didn’t get put in the tree this year, so I used them for this wreath.

I purchased two sizes of white glitter snowballs and silver accents. This combination made the colours pop on the white wreath. Laying the wreath flat, I arranged the coloured bulbs evenly, and then I added white snowballs and silver picks. Once happy with their location I hot glued them in place. Then I glued the large glitter word toward the centre of the wreath at a slight angle. I cut off the individual pine cones from their sprigs and strategically placed and glued them. I found some rhinestone Christmas word brooches from a couple of years ago, such as “sparkle”, “angel”, “noel” and glued them in the emptier spaces. The wreath is on a metal frame, so I can either hang it directly over the door hook on the entrance door, or use it as a centrepiece by simply adding a large silver ball in the centre.
