This year my daughter is going into grade ten. Yikes! She’s a senior; and even though she’ll always be my baby girl, she has left behind junior and middle school … sniff, sniff.
At fifteen, my daughter is shaving, is active in sports, enjoys school, is experimenting with make-up, has her period and is conscious of her appearance, and yes, she is interested in boys! So to support this young lady in feeling secure, organized, and prepared for even the unexpected, I compiled this “Back to School Confidence Kit” that she can hang in her locker in anticipation of those unforeseen situations.
- Manicure Set
- Advil
- Midol
- Tissues
- Deodorant
- Hair brush
- Panty liners
- Panties
- Pads
- Tampons
- Hand sanitizer wipes
- Cetaphyl facial wipes
- Emergency blemish cream
- Sewing kit
- Hair bands
- Lip balm
- Breath mints
- Breath spray
Additionally, my son is also going into grade ten, and even though the mishaps and potential emergencies are fewer for young men, I felt he would benefit from being prepared and feel more confident in having these items just in case ….
- Advil
- Tissues
- Deodorant
- Comb
- Hand sanitizer wipes
- Cetaphyl facial wipes
- Emergency blemish cream
- Sewing kit
- Hair gel
- Lip balm
- Breath mints
- Breath spray

As a reminder to my precious children, I designed and printed this magnetic sign for them to place inside their locker door as a constant encouragement.
Love this!
Thanks sweetheart
